Banking & Customer Service
The 7-week program involves training in competitive skills such as keyboarding, sales and customer service excellence, social media etiquette, administrative skills, bank operations and teller services. Trainees will also become proficient with Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Additionally, trainees will learn the preparation of networking and career search strategies, participate in “mock” interviews with industry professionals, professional development workshops and resume preparation. Trainees will also have an opportunity to hone their presentation skills and take part in training presentations from America Banks and Achieve Global.
Classes run Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
