As a division of Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont, GoodWork Staffing has the ability to draw potential employees from Goodwill’s extensive resources, including five job centers throughout the greater Charlotte area (Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Lincolnton, and Shelby). Two additional job centers are projected to open within the next two years in Ballantyne and Rock Hill.

In 2010, Goodwill assisted nearly 15,000 individuals in the Southern Piedmont region, providing extensive job training and employment services. When necessary, GoodWork Staffing draws employees from within all areas of our agency, including our forklift certification program and our material handling on-the-job training program. Our recruiting program encompasses a variety of methods for recruiting qualified candidates, including:
