Goodwill’s Occupational Skills Training programs are unique within the greater Charlotte area. In addition to receiving training for careers in targeted industry sectors, students also receive counseling and career development services leading to personal and economic independence.

Over the past 20 years, Goodwill’s training programs have changed the lives of more than 1,100 people, who today hold positions of responsibility in the computer, banking, call center, customer service, retail, hospitality and tourism industries.
