This is a hands-on training program where students select a learning module for the basic skills of electrical installation/maintenance, HVAC maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, automotive repair/maintenance and small engine repair. 

All students learn four-function math,  blueprint reading, and the use of basic hand tools, machine shop tools,  mechanical fasteners, and precision measurement instruments. OMITT is the training provider.

The program is approved for WIA Funding. To see if you qualify for WIA funding, you should see a WIA Counselor at a JobLink near you.
