EPA Section 608 HVAC and EPA Section 609 Motor Vehicle Air Conditioning Training and Certifications

In partnership with HVAC Career Services, Goodwill is offering classes for HVAC and Motor Vehicle Air Conditioning Training for Section 608 and Section 609 EPA Certification. Classes meet for one week at Goodwill's headquarters at 2122 Freedom Drive in Charlotte.

Cost is $345 per student and includes manuals, hands-on training, and fees for the EPA exam.  Individuals with a mechanical aptitude are well suited for this program.  The program is approved for WIA Funding, so if you have lost your job, the cost may be free to you.  To see if you qualify for WIA funding, you should see a WIA Counselor at a JobLink near you.
