Goodwill’s new four-week training program offered at the Gaston County Job Connection, located at 412 South Broad Street in Gastonia, will assist individuals in quickly developing the basic knowledge and skills necessary to obtain an entry level position or better in the customer service call center industry.
The Customer Service Call Center Training Program, offered in partnership with Telerx, customer care specialists located in Kings Mountain, will provide interactive training in the best practices of enhancing customer relationships and the dynamics of customer satisfaction. The class also provides employability skills training such as resume development, interview skills, communicating effectively and work ethics.
2009 Class Schedule • March 9 - April 3 • April 13 - May 8 • May 18 - June 12 • July 13 - August 7 • August 17 - September 11 • September 21 - October 16 • November 2 - December 4 (skip week of Nov. 23-27) * Dates are subject to change due to class size.
