Banking & Customer Service Training

The 9-week program includes training in competitive skills such as numeric 10-key, keyboarding and proficient PC navigation, proof encoding, lock box processing and teller services. It also includes banking services and products and customer service etiquette.

The program includes the preparation of job-seeking materials and strategies, "mock" interviews with industry professionals, and training presentations from America Banks and Achieve Global.

Classes run Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
